This is a Toy Biz figure from 1995. THIS IS BRAND NEW, NEVER OPENED. The box shows shelf wear from being in storage for over 28 years. There is some wear/creasing present on the box, mostly near corners/edges. The cardboard shows warping. The plastic is slightly starting to yellow/discolor with age.
