Refund/ Return Policy Our greatest concern is the good relations we have with, you, our valued customers; therefore, our customers enjoy a rather liberal return / refund policy design to mutually benefit all. 1. You must start the process within 30 (thirty) days of receiving the product. Ship the product as soon as possible so it arrives at our facility within 45 (forty-five) days of receipt of the merchandise. 2.
